Michelman and Core Five created a web experience that carefully blends message, interface, and functional components – deepening its brand promise while supporting customers.
Because Michelman’s customers have varying levels of technical expertise, they needed an effortless way to get product recommendations – an easy-to-use Product Finder. To make this goal reality, Core Five and Michelman designed a customer-centric system to classify products by any combination of industry, market, and property desired.
This initiative enabled us to enhance customer support by adding tools throughout the site which suggest solutions to the customer based on the various ways each product is indexed. As a result, we’ve deepened the relationship customers have with the Michelman brand.
