In The Loop
With over 300 employees spread across six regional offices, it's imperative for Clark, Schaefer, Hackett & Co. to keep everyone on the same page, making sure everyone has access to the most up-to-date versions of documents, schedules, research, forms, and personnel data. The tool CSH & Co. uses to achieve this is their corporate intranet, which they refer to as "The Loop." It's the first thing employees within the company see when they open a web browser.
Core Five and CSH & Co. worked together to overhaul this critical resource, rebuilding it from the ground up to improve usability, utility, performance, and cross-browser compatibility. The result is a feature-rich portal which places current news, weather, scheduling, and financial data at employees' fingertips.
A "Who's Where" feature combines contact and scheduling data with committee affiliations so team members can see, at a glance, whether another member is in, out, in a meeting, or at another office, and extensive personalization features allow users to track stock quotes, create a customized page of their favorite news feeds, and share a context-sensitive, categorized repository of bookmarks with other users.
